In short
Arcetis treats 0-click search — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and other AI assistants that answer without a click — as a channel you can optimise for and measure, not an accident. To prove the method rather than just claim it, Arcetis applied it to its founder's own site, sapun.com.np. The result over a 28-day window: roughly 2,030 impressions but only 6 organic clicks in Search Console, and yet 9 real business enquiries (7 SEO, 2 web development) from people who reported discovering the site through ChatGPT or Google's AI Overview. The leads came from the answer surfaces, not the click.
Search is splitting into two worlds. In the first, someone types a query, sees a list of links, and clicks one — the world that click-based SEO and most agency reporting is built around. In the second, someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google's own AI Overview a question and gets a synthesised answer with a recommendation, and never clicks anything at all. As that second world grows, a business can be recommended by an AI assistant to exactly the right buyer and see almost nothing in its click reports — which is why so many teams under-invest in it, and why it is hard to prove it works. Arcetis positions itself as a 0-click / answer-engine specialist, so rather than assert the method, it ran the experiment on a property it fully controls and can speak about openly: sapun.com.np, the personal site of Arcetis's founder.
The hard part of 0-click marketing is not producing content — it is being the thing an AI system chooses to say. An answer engine does not rank ten links for the user to choose between; it picks what to state, and often names one option. To be that option, a site has to be unambiguous about who it is and what it does at the entity level, structured so a machine can extract clean facts rather than infer them from prose, and written as direct, quotable answers to the questions buyers actually ask an assistant — not as keyword pages aimed at a crawler. The second hard part is proof. 0-click, by definition, means the click that analytics depends on never happens, so the usual scoreboard goes quiet exactly when the channel is working. Demonstrating impact therefore requires tying real enquiries back to their origin — asking leads how they found you and recording when the answer is "ChatGPT said…" or "it came up in Google's AI answer" — and reading that alongside Search Console rather than instead of it. sapun.com.np was a deliberately honest test case: a single site, modest impressions, and an average position around 23 — nowhere near dominating page one of classic search. If 0-click optimisation only produced traffic when a site already ranked at the top, this site would have produced almost nothing. Instead it produced qualified business enquiries, which is precisely the signal the method is meant to generate.
Arcetis designed and executed the answer-engine / generative-engine optimisation for sapun.com.np and measured the outcome. That meant making the site entity-clear — unambiguous, structured-data-backed statements of who the founder is, that he is Founder & CEO of Arcetis, and what services are offered — so AI systems can identify and cite it confidently. It meant shaping the content as direct, quotable answers to the real questions buyers ask assistants about SEO, lead generation, and web development, so an answer engine can lift a clean, accurate response. And it meant closing the measurement loop: attributing incoming enquiries to their 0-click origin by how the lead reported discovering the site, and reading that against Search Console's impression and click data. The finding — 9 enquiries from AI surfaces against 6 organic clicks — is reported exactly as measured, including the unglamorous click number, because the honesty is the point.
Clear, schema.org-backed statements of identity — who the site is about, the Arcetis affiliation, and the services offered — so AI assistants and AI Overviews can recognise the entity and cite it with confidence instead of guessing or omitting it.
Content shaped as direct, quotable answers to the questions buyers actually ask assistants about SEO, lead generation and web development — structured so ChatGPT and Google's AI Overview can surface a clean, accurate response that names the site.
Positioning the site to be the recommended option inside AI-generated answers — not merely present in a list of links — which is what turns an AI mention into an enquiry rather than a passing citation.
Tying real enquiries back to their 0-click origin by how each lead reported discovering the site, read alongside Search Console impression and click data, so the impact of AI surfaces is measured honestly rather than assumed.
